One of the rare identity breast diseases is Idiopathic Granulomatous Mastitis (IGM), a chronic inflammatory condition that can mimic advanced cancer. The case came with nipple discharge and mass skin changes, which was definitively diagnosed following core-cut biopsy mastitis group idiopathic granulomatous.
